Remote Work with Granada
Granada offers companies the opportunity to use outsourced services. These include technical support, customer service, data management, and client acquisition. When you become a remote customer service agent for Granada, your job will be to provide support to clients regarding any accounts they have with the companies who have hired Granada.
Granada prefers employees who have had previous experience with call center work. A friendly and personable attitude is also a necessity, as you will be on the phone with customers who wish to have issues and concerns addressed and resolved. No one wants an unhappy customer service experience! Candidates who are qualified for the job will be given a pre-screening to ensure they are right for the company. A webcam interview will also be set up for qualified applicants. If Granada offers you the job, you will be given live-web training. The best part of this training? It’s paid!
Work Hours with Granada
Granada’s call center hours are as follows:
• Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST
• Friday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST
• Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Sundays are off
